Experience in Operations, Quality assurance (Inward, In-process /& Final Inspection), Vendor Development, Product and Process Development.

Inspection of receiving, development & in-process component with the help of Autoscan machines Hommel, keyence, Gear Tester, Roundness Tester, Surface Roughness Tester, Profile Projector

Responsibility of IHR Trend monitoring & analysis.

Responsibility for Validation of Potential causes / simulation of defects

To monitor Effectiveness of action taken and trend monitoring against agreed target.

Responsibility of MRM data preparation & Review Analysis.

Exposure to IATF -16949 Systems

Assisting the Internal / External Auditor for conducting quality audits and for measuring the effectiveness of the quality management system

Good Experience in Gauge & Fixture designing.

Monitoring of calibration activities

Monitoring the inspection activities at all stages from Incoming, In Process & Final inspection as per control plan.

Monitoring discipline at the shop floor for an accident free & safe work culture.

Monitoring and controlling different manufacturing processes and shop floor activities with respective to quality as per process sheet, Line check sheet and control plan

Preparation of machine shop control plans and process flow diagram of all components as per IATF -16949 Systems and updation and review of the same in view of process change, product non-conformity review, customer changes and also designation of significant characteristcs.

Monitoring process controls like First- off Inspection, Setup approval, Control charts etc

Preparation of stage inspection reports, final inspection check sheets and various audit reports.

Imparting on job training to job inspector,maintain 5's in work area.

Train Operators & Inspectors for work piece handling, Instrument Handling & work piece checking on machine & assembly.
