At the Deloitte corporate office in Gurgaon, I was responsible for supporting a consulting team with over 100 professionals. I was working with the project team assigned on this project for a duration of three years, and was based in Bhopal during this time, The long-term nature of the project required setting up and managing an office and guest house at Bhopal. I was assigned this responsibility and successfully executed this over the three year period. Work undertaken included:
Set up three Guesthouses for the project team of around 20 people in Bhopal. Was involved on negotiation of the rent, paperwork needed for rent agreement, independence 2
checks, background check, etc. Organized and managed all the requirements for successfully running the guesthouse in Bhopal.
As office administrator, responsible for managing smooth operations of the office with professional staff of around 20, and support staff, and office transport with two passenger vehicles
Management of all procurement amounting to an average of Rs. 3 lakhs per month for running office and guesthouse.
