Documentation of Process and production Parameters.

Having a good knowledge of brakes components manufacturing process.

Visual Inspection of Machining Component and Assembled parts

Dealing with costumer complaints regarding machined components

Having a knowledge of Operation of VMC (Fanuc make), CNC (Brother Make), and three axis working Machines.

Knowledge of machine setup and change over in different model of products.

5's' Control at Shop Floor

Calibration of instruments & gauges.

Responsible for IN-PROCESS inspection& final assembly.

Interacting with customers for all quality related issues& queries.

Having a knowledge of breaking system of Automobiles two and four wheelers like ABS (Air braking system), drum brakes,

Anti-lock braking, Disc brakes and all Mechanical brakes.

Rejection handling, process knowledge, 7QC tools, line documents.

4M change control.

KAIZEN activity and KYT training.
