Working experience:-

Having overall experience of 20 years in L&T ECCD, I have worked in following sites

1)Mumbai Wadala Fly Over Bridge (12/11/1994 to 31/07/1995) worked in clients store material issue & receiving, MRN entry, card posting, doka material controlling and stocking then dispatching to other site.

2)L&T Glass container project at Nasik Sinner in Maharashtra (04/10/1995 to 30/04/1996) worked in all sand blasting area controlling, DFT checking, and painting. Then released to erection.

3)L&T Cement Plant at Awar Pur (Maharashtra)- (01/07/1996 TO 28/08/1998) worked in mechanical section. All structural steel fabrication area controlling, material stocking for erection area & system wise, then all fabrication material inspection by isometric drawing & release to sand blasting & painting yard then release to erection.

4)Mumbai HPCL (13/11/1998 TO 15/01/2000) worked at piping fabrication all fit up & weld visual material inspection by isometric drawings then shifting to sand blasting & painting yard then DFT checking and release to erection, I have worked various equipment platform erection according to support drawing.

5)Mumbai BPCL (28/02/2000 TO 03/05/2000) worked in tank maintenance job for steam coil lines, rope drain lines, anti rotation lines, deck, pantone repairing for vacuum test, bottom plate then hydro testing by jack system.

6)Mumbai HPCL Jetty (01/08/2001 to 03/03/2002) worked in shut down maintenance job, for structural steel fabrication, Dismantling & erection.

7)Tarapur Automic power Project 3 & 4 (26/08/2002 to 15/12/2005) worked at piping fabrication, erection. I have made many loop file line and system wise in as built, FCP, Joint verify by isometric drawing, then support erection, line erection report, preparation of CRR for hydro testing and pneumatic testing of GI line.

8)Tarapur BARC (17/02/2006 TO 15/02/2007) worked at piping fabrication, erection, alignment, iso clearence then hydro testing and commissioning then hand over to client by loop file.

9)Reliance Petroleum Limited at Jamnagar (26/02/2007 to 16/02/2009) working in pipe erection weld visual, Made in As built, alignment and ISO clearance by isometric drawing of loop wise as directed by the concerned engineer.

10)Mumbai HPCL Lobs project(06.06.2009 to 20/10/2010) working in spool identify, erection weld visual Made in Asbuilt, FCP, Joint Verify alignment and ISO clearance by iso drawing of loop wise, Then Hydrotesting.

11)Bhushan Steel Limited, Meramandali, Dhenkanal (17/12/2010 to 18/06/2013) working in sinter plant PD Duct & Pipe Line Erection, Alignment, I So Clearance, Hydro Testing, Flushing & Boxupe Then commissioning .

12)Bhushan Steel Limited, Meramandali, Dhenkanal (24.06.2013 to till date) working in RMHS Coke Oven-II PD Duct and Back filter supporting structure hopper cashing nozle house case venturi erection and commissioning Now I am working from bhushan steel to cuttack Di pipe &fittings laying and connect to every pump house UGR and water treatment plant with intech
