Aircraft Data Analyst – Acumen Aviation, Bangalore. (Jan 2017 – Present).

•Managing Maintenance Reserve claim of Avolon’s aircraft fleets include Airbus and Boeing.

•Analyzing the work scopes of Structural checks, Engine or APU or Landing gear shop visit with respect to Manufacturer Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, ALS, Engine manuals and other requires regulatory compliances.

•Providing feedback with respect to preliminary work scope in line with Maintenance Planning Document (MPD), Operator approved Maintenance Program (OAMP), and lease agreement for HMV checks and shop visits.

•Maintaining close contact with the Lessees in order to ensure that a work scope analysis is performed prior to any maintenance event and discuss with the Lessees the contents as well as the MRO.

•Ensures that the claim payments made by lessees are in line with the lease covenants thus protecting the lessor’s rights.

•Auditing airframe maintenance records, back to the Birth trace of Life limited parts, and standard comparison of exchanged assemblies of Landing gears, Engines, and APU in line with airworthiness and lease requirements.

•Anatomization of the invoices with respect to lease agreements and proffer the final reimbursable amount of the claim.

•Assisted in Airworthiness review certifications and mid-term inspections.

•Good knowledge of Airbus, ATR 72 series, and Boeing technical records.

•Perform detailed analysis of historical and current aircraft records to identify and highlight issues having an impact on the value of the assets.

•Training of On-Site Technical Representatives and follow up with these representatives for receipt of technical data during Aircraft Transition and mid-term inspections

•Administering adequate Quality Control of the data being updated in the systems based on information received from various sources – On-Site Technical Representatives, OEMs, Operators, and/or other client personnel.

•Administering adequate quality control to the systems when access is granted to Third Party Customers and providing technical or non-technical support to the end-users.

•Manpower Resource Management and task allocation to ensure accomplishment of designated targets.

•Worked on UAV (RUSTOM – II, Version 4.0).

•Designing and drafting of Wing parts of aircraft using NX 6.5 along with TEAM CENTER 8.3 and CATIA V5 along with ENOVIA.

Project Name: Experimental and Analytical Flow Analysis of Tapered Wing

The main purpose of this project is to analyze experimental and analytical results. The above project deals with the study and analysis of the tapered wing experimentally and analytically by using the software. In our project, we have designed a tapered wing and analyzed it by using a wind tunnel. We also analyzed analytically by using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics). In CFD we used gambit software for designing and fluent for analysis.
