While in Mexico the need for rural care became very apparent so while we are here, I help the local indigenous population with care as doctor is only here once a week, this includes patient education about the importance of following up with doctor after any accidents, maladies or delivery of infants. I see patients at least 3-4 times a week, hours of work vary from day to day.
