PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS

ERICSSON (TELECOM):-

Total work experience of 1.5 years in Intelligent Network (IN).

Worked with Ericsson as an Engineer in IN domain, Airtel-Africa project.

Troubleshooting with various 3PP’s for success UCIP response.

MAP/SIGTRAN protocol/association integration of HLR at AIR node.

SIGTRAN/CIP-IP links integration in between CCN and SDP nodes.

Troubleshooting at SDP node for perfect replication of Timesten database.

CDR extraction and decode function for particular traffic cases.

Resolution of Revenue impacting issues.

Extractions of customer recommended data from various tables of Oracle DB at VS node.

Expertise in planning preventive readiness for all IN nodes. BEL (RTIS & Chandigarh Smart City Project):-

Total work experience of around 1.5 years in maintaining RTIS(Real Time Information System) servers for CRIS (Central for Railway Information System) and 1 year experience in maintaining Chandigarh Smart City networks and Cisco servers & call centre.

24-hours monitoring of railway servers (CLS, LMCS, DBserver, Middleware) which are placed at CRIS, New Delhi. Monitoring includes tracking of locomotive data (GPS packets) from locos in which BEL RTIS devices are there.

Ensuring maintenance of complete network, inclusive of performance monitoring, network operations, etc.

Monitor System Processes/CPU Utilisation/File Systems and Disk Utilisation.

Help testing and production and installation team in installing RTIS devices in railway locomotives.

Ensure proper maintenance of RTIS devices within SLA in onsite field also.

Also helps to identify hardware issues in RTIS devices and try to correct them within SLA time.

Ensuring new version of software packages to be installed or loaded to already installed RTIS devices and to those devices also which are going to be installed.

Coordinate with Customer support for all escalated issues and providing technical level assistance, analysing & resolving issues within SLA.

Providing support to HUB end also placed at ISRO earth station Delhi in case of any issue to HUB server.

Complete maintenance and monitoring of Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) Cisco servers and call centre servers & their network for Chandigarh Smart City project.

Created COVID Dashboard and maintenance of dashboard for Chandigarh including daily uploading of COVID data in database through ESRI ArcGIS platform.

Hands on experience in Milestone Video management software(VMS), KVM libvert manager, BEL VMS etc.

NETWORKING AND LINUX ADMINISTRATION:-

Total work experience of 3.5 years in Linux admin and networking domain.
