Assembly of Trent XWB Engine.

Static strength, fatigue and damage tolerance assessment for threaded thrust strut assembly and ensured the design is satisfying 3DSG as per EASA CS-25 requirements for limit, failsafe and ultimate flight operations.

Post-test validation assessment for Threaded Thrust Strut Assembly, obtained strain data from testing and validated the strain values with FE analysis.

Modal analysis and optimization of Rear Mount Ring sensor attaching blocks and validated the natural frequency with engine order frequencies.

Providing stress clearance for Cleaning Inspection & Repair (CIR) manuals and Technical Variances of various structural components of Trent XWB -97k engine from design and stress perspective Interacting with Client in the kick-off meeting to know objective and requirement.

Ansys macros have been generated by coordinating with experts in order to obtain the circumferential variation at thread location, from this approach billing has been saved by 10 percentage Best practice modules have been implemented to reduce the time to complete the assessment and the modules were approved by the customer as well
