Maintenance knowledge of 650 m3 Blast Furnace, ID fan, Hydraulic power pack.

Responsible for maintenance of BLT of 650 m3 Blast Furnace, Stock House & Raw material handling system,

5-S activity of BLT & Stock House & Raw material handling system.

Reduction of major losses like oil leakage, material spillage, material losses, and improve of availability of conveyors.

Maintenance knowledge of Bell Less Top of Blast Furnace, Raw material conveying systems, Vi bro-feeders,DD system

Maintenance of Conveyors, Roller bearings, Fluid coupling, including gear boxes, belts, idlers, pulleys, scrapers, skirt boards, hopper liner, BLT equipment

Ensure spares availability for the equipment of Blast Furnace & Conveyors, planning of spares..

Ensure spares availability for the equipment of sinter plant, planning of spares.

Execute site works as per the approved engineering documents such as Mechanical equipment drawing, Utility Drawing.

Overseeing self-designed modifications for plant followed by successful commissioning.

Inspection of various conveyor components including gear boxes, belts, idlers, pulleys, scrapers, skirt boards, hopper liner etc.

Follow up of regular maintenance activities, overall supervision of erection work and update report in SAP and generate MIS reports

Conducting PMS/Department/Safety Scorecard Meeting.
