RESPONSIBILTIES :

Carry out maintenance, repair and overhaul of a variety of plant equipment.

Oversaw the Maintenance of Relief Valves, Control Valves, Gate Valve, Butterfly/Check valve, NRV/PCV.

Flange management using hydraulic equipment like torque and tensioning tools.

Position – Junior Marine Engineer

RESPONSIBILTIES :

Operation Monitoring – Watching Gauges, Dials or Indicators to make sure the equipment works properly.

Operation and Control – Controlling operations of equipments or systems.

Inspection and maintenance of static equipment like furnace, Columns, Filters, Heat Exchangers.

Dismantle, repair or replace parts, re-assemble and alignment either on site or in the workshop. Carry out appropriate final tests under supervision.

Arrangement of job preparation erection of pipelines, flow lines, plants piping.

Pipelines, pressure safety valves periodic removal and fixing back.

Maintenance of Log books.

Weekly and Monthly checks and replacement of Filters and Lube oil change on the necessary equipments.
