Job Summary

Reporting to Construction Manager/ Sr. Construction Manager/ Project Manager/ Project Director.

Project execution from conception to final hand over

Develop construction scope of work, support development of estimates and schedules

Prepare presentations and make presentations to management/clients

Intermediate knowledge of cost management including estimating and forecast development

Perform assigned work with no direct supervision

Develop and manage the piping construction quality program

Provides leadership, guidance and support to all piping field engineers working across various contract packages on the project

Develop Piping Test Packages and manage testing activities

Plumbing calculations including Hot and Cold-water supply, Drainage system, High level and low-level connections, Traps and vents, manholes invert levels and cover levels calculations, Sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings etc.

After completion of each floor work performing testing for water supply system and drainage system.

Preparing detail layout plans and shop drawings for all drainage and water supply systems for residential, official buildings and floors, health club and parking areas.

Performs routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets, sinks or urinals, fixing water leaks, leaking faucets, water fountains.

Designed schematic and layouts for Drainage and Water supply of new residential and commercial buildings.

Performed installation and tested sewage and water supply lines for commercial and residential buildings

Monitoring deliverables of contractors

Issue of HVAC and Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting material submittal to Consultant for approval and respond to return comments.
