Conduct Non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) DNA extraction procedure under the guidance of research experts; record data of weekly experiments for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)

Prepare appropriate chemical solutions, lysis buffer, lab equipment; keep track of lab supplies and actively assist graduate students in doing DNA extraction procedure by following the protocols.
