Accomplishments / Open Requisitions: Hired to assist HR-Manager with technical recruiting. 18 new positions. Sr. Software Engineers. Due to growth and added business. Projected 6-month assignment. Product: Experian is an international credit history provider. I was hired to work with the VP of Software Development for the staffing of several new projects dedicated to security, big-data, cloud, and IT-Operations. After 5-months the projects (to include all staffing for other areas) was placed on-hold by International Corp Headquarters. All contract recruiters in the USA were dismissed due to staffing hold and pending USA employee layoff.

Environment: Fast-paced, projected high volume Technical Recruiting. Internal application development for security software and Big-Data projects. IT-Operations for desktop support and NOC, and Finance for Analyst. Projected 1-year plus assignment.

Accomplishments / Open Requisitions: When I started, we had 40-new positions for immediate hires this was projected to grow once management released / approved staffing forecast for the USA to 100 open positions.

After 4-months a “hold” was placed on USA staffing, I managed to stay another month because of in-process placements. Accomplished the placement of 25 positions. 15 in Application Development for Security project and 10 in IT-Operations.

Product: NIM was a Software Developer dedicated to the development of GPS/LBS for the commercial industry such as AT&T and Verizon cell phones and BMW, Tesla, Mercedes for automotive turn-by-turn (GPS) telematics. For the Government NIM worked with the Navy for GPS/LBS thru TeleCommunication Systems Division.

Environment: Full-cycle, fast-paced, high volume, fast growth. Start-up. Hired by Director of HR for Technical Staffing in R&D, Product Development, QA, IT-Operations and Executives. Started this assignment at NIM with 45 employees’ and took company to 420 employees. Work onsite until space was limited, worked remote for last 3 years. Drove to NIM as needed for meetings. For the last two years of this assignment NIM increase their business to include Telematics, and Infotainment as a Tier 1 GPS / LBS Navigation and Location provider to the Automotive OEM industry.

Had 25 new open positions on arrival, within one-week due to an awarded project with Verizon the open positions increased to 100 over-night. Assignment extended to 1-year and kept getting extended thereafter. Accomplished staffing goals. Assisted Director with implementation of a formal staffing process. Implemented formal hiring manager and team meetings regarding recruiting update. Hired 370 new positions and about 80 replacement positions with QA, Product Development, Core R&D and IT-Operations.
