Objective

Professional Experience

Two and half years work experience in cross country Oil and gas Pipeline project.

Working Experience:

Worked as a Engineer in M/s. ACE Pipeline Contracts Pvt. Ltd. Angul in BAPL PROJECT from November 2020 to present .

Worked as a Engineer in M/s. ACE Pipeline Contracts Pvt. Ltd. West Bengal from June 2019 to November 2020.

Worked as a Supervisor in M/s. ACE Pipeline Contracts Pvt. Ltd. West Bengal in DDPL PROJECT from Dec 2018 to June 2019.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Splendid questioning listening skills with ability to analyze responses. Understand clients' needs and focus on quality. Precision& punctual delivery of results.

•Experienced In building and maintaining healthy business relations with Contractors

•Monitor and Control the fabrication activities as per the contract specification codes and standards. Approved drawings and procedures. Work instructions and material Identification.

•An effective communicator with leadership and mentoring skills and proven ability to create new business.

•Familiar with GTAW.SMAW. FCAW. SAW. Welding of heavy and small wall thickness.

•Working knowledge of all activity of pipeline construction work i.e. (Grading,

Stringing,

Trenching, welding, Radiography, Duct Laying, Lowering, Backfilling, Hot tapping, Hydro testing activity.

•Prepare weekly and monthly progress of work and submit to the project monitoring department.

•Utilizes heavy equipment to excavate, Install and backfill drainage pipe. .

•Continually inspects work site, Surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.

•Attend weekly construction coordination meeting.

•Coordination to construction project engineering department.

•Ensure to maintain quality check with the sub-contractor QA/QC inspector, client acceptance and maintain records and filing of daily inspection as defined in the approved ITP (Inspection Test Plan).

Planning, scheduling, monitoring of daily progress of site activities as per quality standard.

Monitoring and execution of the pipeline construction activities inspect pipe fit ups, alignment and visual inspection of all weld.

Ensure that inspection/ testing equipments at site with valid calibration certificate.

Pipe lowering which include other operation pipe stringing, welding, joint coating holiday testing and backfilling.

X-ray film (interpretation) radiography test.

Ensure that approved WPS are followed, prepare daily inspection report. Hot tapping

Civil marker installation work.

Supervision, distribution and management of manpower. Billing (R A BILL) and handling over of site activities.

Resource, material procurement, machinery and cost planning as per the scope of work. Coordinate with Administration department for Site Mobilization.

To submit monthly reports and proposal for erection and completion plan reports to Client.

To identify document & coordinating the corrective actions as per Project approved procedure.
