Electrical Engineering Intern 05/2019 to 08/2019
• Used design software (SolidWorks and DraftSight) to complete projects given by advisors and mentors.
• Updated the assembly of a Valve Model by creating a new decal plate and nails for the food equipment through the use of SolidWorks.
• Presented an Ergonomics presentation to the staff during a workplace meeting.
• Found the values of Electric Charge by using a CEF Harness schematic.
• Created a bracket that served as a switch mount inside a VHG fryer; this bracket was quoted and purchased by WH Rogers.
• Drew an interface harness and its schematic breakdown through DraftSight.
• Made a Flame Simulator which consisted of a connection between resistors, diodes and alligator clips with soldering wire serving as glue between the parts. This simulator performed a test that would make the fryer believe a pilot flame was present.
• Recorded the results of the fryer simulation with the pilot flame by using an electronic and written log for the results of the simulator every 30 minutes.
