Initiated an initiative to identify a common MES system for Medtronic’s Manufacturing operations and develop migration, integration and implementation approaches.

Align Technology: Member of the leadership team to develop a SAP-based ERP Solution for the manufacturer of orthodontic medical devices.

Honda Motors: Led a North American and Japanese team through the cutover for the initial implementation of a Global SAP Implementation covering approximately 5000 users.

St Jude Medical: Led a team through the global design for a manufacturing solution for St Jude’s biggest division, developed a novel approach for the integration of ECC 6.0 with the existing MES systems utilizing MII. Successfully implemented this solution at the headquarters and Puerto Rico manufacturing sites.

John Deere Water: Led a global team through the successful implementation of the SAP Express Solution for Fab & Assembly in Australia (3 sites) and Europe (France, Spain, Italy and Netherlands). Prepared the rollout of the solution for Israel and South America.

Amgen: Led global teams (US, Europe, Brazil, India) through the planning and delivery of quarterly releases of new system functionality and major enhancements.

Eclipse Aviation: Managed a team of Subject Matter Experts through deep analysis of client’s Supply Chain and R/3 system issues. Developed recommendations for improvements and guided the client’s process improvement teams through implementation. Project led to immediate reduction in inventory worth more than $5M.

Solectron Corporation: Led the globally-distributed team consisting of IBM India, as well as local resources through the implementation of a major enhancement project to facilitate collaboration with a major customer. Worked closely with the CIO’s office on the evaluation and implementation of SAP new dimension products and tools, as well as development of application roadmaps and global rollout models.

Sharp Electronics of America: Led the Manufacturing team through the Analysis and Technical Design for an upgraded project from R/3 3.1H to ECC 5.0 for a number of factories in the US and Mexico.

Bayer Biological Products: Led a project through the extension of the existing R/3 system by introducing additional functionality in the logistics, finance and quality management areas.

NEC Electronics America: Integration Manager for planning the global implementation. Acted as Integration Manager for the Japan-based core team during the planning of the global SAP Implementations. Prepared the implementation for Semiconductor manufacturing plants in the US.
