My works is summarized in creation and preparation of tenders for the agency premises for electrical works included the specification of the electrical works, LED light selection, MDB and control panel design and selection, energy plans, and approval of materials.

In addition, I am chairperson of technical and financial evaluation panel for the tender’s awarding procedure.

Moreover, I am deeply involved in electrical systems designing and consulting for the executed electrical works inside the agency premises for more than 150 buildings distributed in Jordan in different governorates. And finally, I’d participated in work flow procedure and time schedule preparation applied from the contractors.

Saraya Alaqaba Project (Mega Project consist of more than 12 buildings distributed along more than 67,000 Km, Hotels, beach club, apartments, utility buildings, staff facility, and royal villas) My responsibilities for the project above are demonstrated In many perspective:-

LEAD ENGINEER-PROJECT MANAGER (MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE) My responsibilities in this project concentrated in (PM) project management along with technical liability, I was responsible about site engineers who did the design of the BMS, and following up the infra structure works for BMS scope of work, on the other hand I am responsible about technician and assigned sub-contractors who execute the BMS works in the site for BMS and PLC scopes for project zones, and I was preparing the work schedule and coordinate with all parties Page 2 Ahmad Yousef Said Al Maharmeh

until handing over to the client.

In addition, I worked with the management section responsible about materials delivery and collecting invoices, claims, invoices breakdown and final account generation according to contractual payments terms.

TECHNICHAL EXPERIENCE

ALABDALI GATEWAY PROJECT (JORDAN-AMMAN)

PROJECT OVERVEIW:

Abdali Gate-Way consist of five parcels developed to be in the middle of the capital city Amman-Alabdali area, the project owned by AUDEH real-state and managed by DJ JONES and partner, a local contracting companies are participate to build the Abdali gateway, it mainly consist of 5 parcels and detailed in A1,A2,A3,A4,A5 and 6 floors common basements, tagged as A1&A2 are the residential apartments with 6 floors and roof, A3 is the high rise building(tower)with 22 floors and roof, A4 is the business gate building with 7 floors and roof.

My responsibilities for the project above are demonstrated as follow:- PROJECT ENGINEER

My responsibilities in this project concentrated in deferent scopes, and started in low voltage cables sizing, voltage drop calculation and load estimation for the building utilities included in normal power source, emergency power source and the central battery system as well using standard excel forms.

And after finalizing this step I was responsible about installation of the electrical works included in pulling cables, electrical panel’s, bus-bar duct, installation termination, commissioning, and handing over to the client.

On the other hand I was responsible about Building management system implementation and drawing the necessary drawings using AutoCAD program and responsible about installation, termination of the digital direct control (DDC) panels and the field devices as well, and coordination with the mechanical department to commission the system and handing over to the operator.

And finally, I was responsible about submitting the necessary documents for any site activity. FREE LANCE CONTRACTOR.

I’ve done an uncountable industrial and commercial project through the time period above, and I’d worked as an electrical contractor with my team, and we’re consists of five technician and five assistants, including me, we were as a one hand man accomplishing the requested works within specific time as requested.
