Reporting to Board, I provide Technology leadership for a firm offering services for logistics and supply chain businesses & functions in India. Responsible for IT strategy, product roadmap, budgets, vendor management, infrastructure & infosec. The core logistics product is offered in a SAAS model.

Key assignments and achievements

-Developed IT capability inhouse and achieved 30% savings in overall IT budget. Cut security risk by implementing company-wide Principle of Least Privilege policies. Developed policies based on ISO 27001. Helped achieve preferred vendor partner with AP Moller Maersk.

-Unification of EASE (SAAS) AMS services using Cognitive tools (Chatbots, RPA and Agile CoE) which resulted in 20% cost savings for the organization.

-Implemented DemandFarm (on Salesforce) CRM for Sales operations and Service across 6 ports and warehouses in India
