Selected Highlights

Saved $10M for American Red Cross while guiding the implementation of Office365. This $3.7M project included migrating 60,000 mailboxes, consolidating 470 disparate email systems, implementing a single enterprise infrastructure, and moving global storage to the cloud, reducing datacenter requirements. Facilitated $200,000 in annual savings at D&M Group (part of Bain Capital) by migrating 120 Google apps to SharePoint and creating a centralized directory. Also led a global team in the implementation of an MPLS worldwide network and managed the migration of 2,400 users to a single email system.

Directed the transition to Office365 for Guardian Life Insurance. Migrated 14,000 Lotus Notes and Gmail mailboxes, established cloud storage, migrated from Google Drive to OneDrive, converted Google apps to Office apps, and directed an offshore team in migrating Lotus Notes applications to SharePoint. Planned the move from Skype for Business to MS Teams. Started by checking Network requirements and URLs and IP address ranges for Teams. Reviewed the upgrade from

a Skype for Business hybrid deployment to Teams.
