- Assessed the top ten liberal and conservative news shows in the US during the presidential election to identify different intensity levels of hate speech to determine how rhetoric may impact public opinion on varying groups such as big tech, immigrants, elites, etc.

- Used critical analysis to assign ‘hate speech level’ scores to thousands of lines of text extracted from transcripts every week in accordance with a highly elaborate codebook.

- Individually compiled and designed a working report based on a team of research assistants’ findings in preparation for the submission to a peer reviewed journal.

- Developed data visualization and contextualized our findings for the palatability of readers.
