Working as a Manager -QA/QC Head 'in laboratory. Responsible

in maintaining the quality for multi-location Mining operations in

Shriwardhan in Raigad District, Maharashtra. Maintaining quality as

per party requirement and as per International Standard.

a) Quality gradation of Raw Bauxite by Wet Chemical Analysis and

instrumental methods Al2O3 (total), SiO2 (total), Fe2O3, TiO2,

CaO & LOI.

b) Quality gradation of Raw Iron Ore by Wet Chemical Analysis and

instrumental methods Al2O3, SiO2, Fe2O3, TiO2.

c) Visiting & Sampling the sites and stockyard, Port plots for

stocking as per graded contents and Retaining and proving the

quality to Foreign Customers.

d) Use of statistical tools in Quality control activity.

e) Daily management and Total quality Management related practices.

f) Sampling of Exploration samples, outcrop samples.

g) Reporting to: CEO, General Manager & Branch Manager.

h) Transport and production planning as per Shipment schedule for

Bayer's specification.

Operation

a) Had undergone Refinery Training in Alumina Plant at Azerbaijan in Y.-

2005-2006.

b) Had being in Oman for three month regarding Shipment & Shipment of

Chrome Ore Gulf Triangle, Oman Chrome Mine.

c) Had Being in UAE -Rashal-Kima UCC, GCC Cement Plant & RAK White Cement

Plant for Purpose Joint Sampling and Analysis of Bauxite Ore, Iron Ore

and Kaolin.

d) Had being in Kuwait & Qatar Cement Plant for joint Sampling and

Analysis of Bauxite ore and Iron ore.

e) Had being in China in Shandong Provision (Qingdao, Longkou, Rizhao,

Huangdao, Lanshan & Penglai) Regarding Joint Sampling of Bauxite Ore.

f) Had Being in Azerbaijan AZEL Alumina Plant for Six month (Y.-2006)

regarding Joint Sampling and Analysis.

g) Successfully completed lots of Shipments from Western-Ghat to China &

Domestic shipment to Vedanta ltd & Ultratech Cement at Gujarat.

ISO 9001:2008 Certification achieved from IRQS on 18.12.2015 (Certificate

No. IRQS/1510967)

NABL Accreditation achieved within a year that is on 23.11.2016, for

ISO/IEC 17025:2017

INSTRUMENT HANDLED

Spectrophotometer Double Beam, Electronic Balance, Moisture Balance,

PH-Meter, Muffle Furnace, Laboratory Oven, XRF (Spectro Xepos Make), Hot

Plate, Magnetic Stirrer. Also Crushing Instruments such as Jaw Crusher,

Roll Strength Machine, Pulverize Machine, U-Mixture, Vibratory Cup Mill,
