TITLE- Sign Language Translator for Paralytic Patients Description –

The main objective of this application is to translate sign language into text/speech. The framework provides a helping hand for speech impaired to communicate with rest of the world. The algorithm that are used in this are Rule Based Classifier and HSV .

Open CV, Python3, mySQL, MATLAB
