Global Tenders: Participating global tenders with US Army.

Understanding scope of work and provide solutions based on US Army RFP and gathering all the information and resources to fulfill the contract commercially and technically.

Arrange with Sub contractor (globally) to out sources part of the service.

Installing New Nodes between Kuwait & Europe.

Liaise with International providers for capacity (IP/IPLC) & negotiate contract terms to match with customer’s SLA requirement.

Forecasting for DSL services based on Management Business Plan.

Roles/Responsibilities (as Fiber & Site Preparation Engineer): 2012 2014

Prepare Site to accommodate forecast and to ensure support for any site expansion.

Monitor utilization for all type of resources @sites.

Fiber ready for service within 3 months of MOC Site Survey.

Maintain resources: Space, fiber, copper, MDF, ODF, lights at Qnet nodes and Qualitynet customers.

Maintain clean nodes & equipments, ensure Air Conditioning at optimum level.

Preventive Maintenance of A/C.

Ensure Monitoring System is working all times.

Network Optimization: eliminate any obsolete devices and equipment/hardware.

Monitoring System of All Qnet nodes.

Improve the internal layout and appearance of Qnet nodes to best node standards.

Follow up with MOC Telephone Network Department (TND) for new fiber projects.

Arrange with MOC contractor/sub contractors the termination point for fiber as per customer request.

Supervise the Fiber work that handed to sub contractors at the time of the installation.

Produce fiber project handover update for each completed fiber project to POS & Project Managers.

Attend meetings and Follow up with MOC for any new DSL regulations.

Organize the daily DSL/GPON/L.L ... workflow for all installations/cancellations.

Verify that all DSL / GPON documents are available and valid at shared folder.

Send/receive all DSL installations /Cancelations update by Qbill system to FI Technicians which has enhances KPI to reach 98%.

During promotions, FI creates a work plan for all exchanges to accommodate bulk installation.

Fiber GPON installation/cancellation is executed with MOC by Email.
