Work done and responsibilities

Preparation of Concept design & Packaging of Oil separator system for reduced oil carry over to intake –routing of pipes and hoses.

Packaging of Shell and Tube EGR Cooler and design of cooling circuit for better cooling and deaeration.

Drawing checking and drawing release activities.

Solid modeling/Assembly modeling/ manufacturing drawing preparation, of various components and systems like EGR system, Common rail system, Crankshaft,flywheel,Crankshaft pulley,and other engine related part.

Preparation of Concept design & Packaging of FUEL system (routing of High Pressure pipes,hoses and Bracket.)
