PROFILE

Recently working with Frontier Works Organization (FWO) at Diamer Basha Dam as Manager Administration. Before this worked with Descon Engineering Limited as Incharge Administration at different projects in Pakistan and Oversees as well. I have 15 years’ experience. During my service I have mobilized mega projects in Pakistan and Oversees as well. I have managed 5000 to 6000 manpower at projects. Extensive command in use of Windows, MS word, Excel, Power Point etc. I can prove that I can work effectively as a team member and met stringent deadlines consistently through effective prioritization of workload and delivery schedules. Excellent multi-tasking, time management and interpersonal skills with a good command on more than two languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To Supervise the Time Office, which include below enumerated daily activities:

To control daily attendance of Management & Non-Management staff duly marked through SAP Bio Metric system.

To maintain efficient workers record in conformity with company policy.

To calculate Man Hours of worker on request of Planning Department and HSE for submission to client.

To control calculation of workers benefits i.e. casual leave, annual leave, gratuity, fin

Final, notice pay & compensation in accordance with prevailing law.

To manage workers compensation, benefits and advance steps for welfare of workers.

To ensure monthly reports like Payroll, Pay slip, journal voucher.

To ensure payroll process through cross checking of manhours of direct manpower at site.

To ensure hiring of manpower at project site after getting duly approved mobilization plane by Project Management Team and viewing approved budget.

To manage employees orientation-training and recreational functions at Project site.

To manage performance appraisal of workers at site while going through their service period and performance as well.

To create pleasant environment at project site and in office to achieve company targets within required time.

Maintain bridging in Management and workers for smooth operation.

To manage Reward and incentive for motivation and attraction of workers towards achieving targets.

To look after Labor Dept. EOBI & SESSI contribution’s employees and their issues, correspondence to the concerned departments.

To ensure deposit of EOBI-SOCIAL SECURITY and to get benefit from institutions for workers in prescribed manners.

To make sure audit of EOBI-SOCIAL SECURITY from concerned institution and to get NOC for discharge of legal obligation.

To ensure internal & external audits as required by standard.

To ensure Implementation of Company Rules & Policies at Project site.

To supervise security and to adopt all the precautionary measures in wake of prevailing security situation in the concerned area and to take steps duly required by Security Operation Units (FC-Police- Pak Army).

Proper hiring of Security Supervisors, Guard after going through company requirement and policy.

Periodically inspection of weapons and their maintenance.

To ensure IN WARD/OUT WARD Gate passes.

To ensure gate in-out of manpower as per SOP.

Close coordination with relevant Security Units/Agency like Police, Army, and FC.

To supervise the logistic unit of company either owned or rental and to take steps as mentioned below for smooth logistic:

Physical inspection of newly received vehicle.

To ensure Registration of new vehicles with Excise Office.

To maintain travelling arrangements of company employees.

To coordinate with insurance company and take necessary steps for claim.

To ensure compliance of Log books, weekly and monthly consumption report.

To ensure minor repair/maintenance/oil change etc. of vehicles by concerned maintenance department.

To have close coordination with relevant vehicle services units like, TOTOTA-SUZUKI etc and to get timely inspection/maintenance of vehicles, if required.

To prepare hire rental vehicles from Market on monthly basis while viewing to market rates and to execute agreement with vendors with this regard.

To make sure monthly payments of rental vehicles.

To Supervise the Residential Camp and to provide plain regarding residences as per entitlement of the employees while viewing to the Company Policy & upholding the Health & Safety Environmental Rules of Client.

To ensure compliance of protective measures to avoid from viral diseases.

To ensure availability of camp and offices furniture and fixture as per standard.

To maintain cleanliness of offices, mess, canteen and working area with coordination of HSE department.

To maintain close coordination with Procurement department for timely provision of camp accessories.

To ensure maintenance of camp through camp staff.

To maintain inventory record of camp and office as per policy.

To ensure stock/store inventory of camp & vehicles.

To ensure quarterly audit of stock/store as per standard practice.

To ensure pleasant environment at working site and to manage food facility-drinking water-paramedic facility during duty hours to avoid from wastage of working hours.

To ensure medicals of camp staff after every six months.

To ensure physical condition of camp staff especially cooking staff working in Mess-Canteen.

To ensure good food quality of camp with coordination of HSE Department.

To ensure HSE compliance at site, camp and offices as per requirement of client and Organization as well.

To maintain administrative discipline at site and in offices.

To maintain cordial relations with local community.

To assist in land acquisition after going through the entire legal requirement.

To provide legal assistance to company in civil litigation, if required.

Having good and cordial relation with Client Administration.

To maintain entitled facilities for client as allowed as per contract.

Liaison and close working relations with various Departments such as Labour Department, Social Security, EOBI, Civil Defense & District Administration, PTCL, Wapda and Sui Northern Gas offices etc.

Legal-Contracts Responsibilities:

Represents the Company at conciliation and tribunal hearings in respect of grievances and complaints against the Company.

To contest legal proceedings while using legal wisdom in establishing rights and liabilities defined in contract, duly executed in between parties, and to get remedy as per law, out of which few JDs are enumerated below:

To provide assistance in stay matters instituted by the sub-contractors, local community and other concerned.

To resolve land acquisition disputes in light of executed contract in between client and contractor.

To resolve disputes of annual land lease acquisition rates of local acquisition after going through Govt fiscal assessment of Revenue Department.

To issue notice to sub-contractors in violation of DOR relating to Administrative activities, like non-payment of EOBI-ESSI etc.

To impose back charge to sub-contractors as per DOR regarding residential facility, material, fuel and manpower, if required.

To provide administrative assistance (of idle manhours-utilities-facilities) to manager contracts in preparation of claim to client.

To execute contract for hiring of transportation on behalf of company, after authorization.

To execute contracts of rental residential facilities at time of mobilization of project.

Overseas Employment also includes additional responsibilities:

Medical of employees.

To maintain Employees Medical Insurance Card.

Security Passes of employees (if working within Refinary/sensitive area)

To maintain the Visa Status of Employees with conformity of Labour Laws of the concerned state.

To prepare & submission of monthly “CNIA/Police Report” report of Manpower & equipments available at working project.

Arrangements of Air Tickets for Company Employees as per their travelling entitlement.
