Responsible SPC trend chart follow-up for critical dimensions & special process parameters

Responsible to update Quality Review Board

Daily review with manager about In process Daily rejection PPM, CAPA status& 4M monitored status

Preparing QIP like to improving quality concerns, to reduce the RPN values through improving detection methods, etc…

Maintain Changes Approval Report for 4M changes

Monitoring daily abnormalities in shop floor and NC raised to particular department to get a target date to closed NC point

Prepare, update and display the Defect matrix in front of concern stage operators

Basic training & awareness given to QC inspectors about process, product & QC policy and monitoring their efficiency

Responsible to take CAPA and sorting activity for Complaints by Root cause analysis of In process & PDI complaints.

Prepare Inspection report for new development part.

New development drawing studying before taking mass production.

Prepare and updated existing & new development work instruction.

Daily Basis to conducted shop floor meeting for last day rejection problem details and give awareness.

Every two hour once to conducted patrol inspection audit for assembly line and made report.

Every Dispatch Responsible for pre-delivery inspection (PDI) against invoice and made inspection report.

Responsible for Defect matrix &Master Sample preparation good and Bad parts.

Coordinate with customer quality to prepare 8D report to resolve a customer complaint. Technical Skills
