Project Overview: JP Morgan Chase Financial Group is a highly diversified financial services provider based in North America. JP Morgan Chase specializes in commercial, retail and private banking. The project was an LOS application or Loan Origination System called Net-oxygen. This was provided to JP Morgan Chase by Wipro Gallagher an outsource team and consisted of users: Originator, processor, underwriter, closer, funder, post closer and HMDA review. JP Morgan Chase business is 90% Mortgage and it was imperative to have this application defect free and up and running at optimal standard.
Responsibilities:
Reviewed the Project Requirements Specifications with Business and Development teams.
Highly involved with test manager and other QA analysts to strategize test executing efforts and defect management for LOS Application (Net Oxygen).
Reviewed BRD to write extensive (340 step) test cases to assess the LOS application.
