Academic Project: Wear studies of HVOF Coated mild steel. Under this project, we have done the coating of Silicon carbide (SiC) on Mild steel and studied the wear behavior of coating through conducting pin on disc wear test for various load and speed. Effects were observed and microstructures were observed. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:- Currently working as a DESIGN ENGINEER in SP ENGINEERS from July 2020. 1) Created CAD models and drawings for SPM, Ultrasonic welding Robotic cell and heat stack machine. 2) Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototype and 3D Computer models.

3) Assisted in development of automated SPM, heat stack machine, Ultrasonic welding machine equipment. 4) Tested feasibility, design, Operation and performance of equipment, component and systems. 5) Developed, tested and assesed alternative design models and processing methods. 6) Prepared, checked and co-ordinated documentation to support component design and application. 7) Balanced environmental responsibility and budget parameters in selection of production material
