COMMUNICATION

As an SDM/D, I brief and meet with C level client company officers conducting monthly service level reviews. Working with Sales Teams, I prepare and meet with same C level clients providing quarterly and yearly business reviews highlighting new products and opportunities that could potentially improve the overall experience for our clients. In the U.S. Army I spent 2 years in front of students as the Lead Instructor over Basic Computer skills. Training enlisted and officers alike. As a command Briefer I briefed Sr Officers, Senators and other officials on Intelligence related updates and information. LEADERSHIP

With Xerox I recognized as the lead SDM with 5 SDM’s as direct supports and over 80 in-directs. When the Service Delivery Director moved to another account I was promoted and took over full Service Delivery over the $50M account.

When I transitioned to Siemens, I was slated as the regional UNIX team lead. I petitioned that with my leadership experience and current client knowledge I was better suited as the Service Delivery Manager. Siemens agreed, and signed on as the Regional Service Delivery Manager for the North East. Less than 6 months later, I expanded my role to include the South East Region including the Primary Datacenter and thousands of Bank Branches across 39 states.

When I first started with IBM I started as the 1st dual hatted service desk support L1 person for both UNIX and Windows alike. When I left IBM 5 years later, I was a team lead over an L3 UNIX team supporting over 80,000 users and thousands of servers.

In the Military I quickly moved into leadership positions, team lead, Squad leader, Platoon Sergeant. I am one of the few Sergeants (E-5) to have ever received a Meritorious Service Medal, usually only received by Sergeant First Class (E-7) and above. I won the award as an Instructor teaching New Recruits and Officers alike, with a self-developed and army wide adopted lesson plan. While in the service I was also select as NCO of the quarter the US Army Military Intelligence Corp. REFERENCES
