Mechanical Design Engineer
As Mechanical Design Engineer, my job was to develop, design, build, test and inspect mechanical parts and systems, such as mechanisms, structure, attachments and casings, using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and suitable manufacturing process and materials, modifying available designs according to the requirement, ensuring feasibility of the design, optimal performance and efficiency of the machine using his advanced mathematical skills and creative thinking.
I developed and built prototypes and measured their level of functions. Recording and evaluating testing data, altering designs as necessary to ensure performance, efficiency and safety was done by me.
Apart from that, assistance to main pilot during testing and act as co-pilot whenever required. Modern Testing Services

PROJECTS
CFD simulation of Air Conditioning System in classroom - Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning We studied design and modification of air conditioning duct using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, considering all air flow features related to duct system efficiency. Adequate methods are available now to design efficient air cooling system specially ducts. We studied different duct profiles under different lod conditions with different duct layouts. And also studied different problems like uneven cooling, high frictional losses, steep costs of installation, high power consumption and noise. After comparing many models and factors, we proposed a new model of duct layout for the classroom
Development of a rescue drone for a competition hosted by US Navy. That year the task was to create a rescue drone for the help of rescue team to find and help people stranded in a secluded place. The drone have to find the person, provide a water bottle and first aid kit to him/her and optical character recognition autonomously onboard and send data to ground station. This was developed as a part of a competition hosted by Association for Unmanned Vehicle System International Students Unmanned Aerial System ( AUVSI SUAS) along with US Navy Tethered Surveillance Drone
A drone was made on frame of Tarot X6 which was ground powered and could remain in air for 8 - 10 hours at a time.
It had day and low light vision capabilities and could see upto 3 kms from 50 metre to height. Delivery Drone
It was a drone capable of delivering a package of 1 KG up to 2 KM and return to home position, all within 10 minutes
