• Investigated the current scenario of Loong Air Airline to identify the cause of low efficiency using process mapping, brainstorming, and data collecting.
• Identified 3 factors which dragged down the efficiency of call center by 50% by performing regression analysis.

Python project for orthopedic equipment sales forecasting
• Factor analysis (dimension reduction): performed factor analysis to detect the numerical effect of hidden factors that might interfere with the forecasting.
• Clustering: performed clustering with python for picking desirable clusters for regression.
• Regression: performed linear regression for predicting the orthopedic equipment using Python.
