VP Information Systems and Supply Chain

Delivered $4.5M EBIT over two years by creating and leading the business analytics, project management, and business improvement department. Partnered internally with Marketing, Sales and assisted field operations.

Implemented Lean principles to improve basic processes through 16 branches, 2 assembly companies and one specialty manufacturing operation. Worked both domestic and internationally adopting best practices.

Negotiated real estate contracts for 18 locations and oversaw the construction of the 83,000 sq. ft. corporate office, achieving LEEDS certification managed all upgrades, moves and improvements for all facilities.
