Worked on fixing base code, correct programming errors, bug fixes and troubleshooting all on the AS/400 platform using RPG/Free and RPG/400. Also worked in a customer service role handling multiple issues daily.

Completed programming on an internally developed software package, as well as, JDA and MMS packaged software for supply change application group which included merchandising, warehouse management, purchase orders, and distribution. All programs were written and/or maintained on the AS/400 platform using RPG, CL, SQL, and DDS languages. Also, was a main contributor for conversion programming for the merger of Cabelas and Bass Pro companies. Also, created technical definition requirements, test plans, and implementation plans for the custom created technical definition requirements prior to program deployment.

Following Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, created technical definition requirements, test plans, and implementation plans for the customer prior to program deployment. Projects included both project management and programming duties following the company’s systems development life cycle methodologies utilizing the IBM AS/400 platform. Was responsible for the overall planning, design, management and execution of defined projects within the IT department. Charged with interacting with all levels of business and technical management and staff to ensure problem resolution. All projects include requirements gathering, unit testing, and user acceptance testing prior to deployment.

CRM Systems Manager June 1998 – July 2006

Responsible for all data channels in the Auto Club. Designed and created a CRM system which included a data warehouse.
