Worked on fixing base code, correct programming errors, bug fixes and troubleshooting all on the AS/400 platform using RPG/Free and RPG/400. Also worked in a customer service role handling multiple issues daily.

Completed programming on an internally developed software package, as well as, JDA and MMS packaged software for supply change application group which included merchandising, warehouse management, purchase orders, and distribution. Also, was a main contributor for conversion programming for the merger of Cabelas and Bass Pro companies. Responsible for all data channels in the Auto Club. Designed and created a CRM system which included a data warehouse.
