QA - Quality Assurance:

Preparation of Method Statements, Material Submissions Review, Quality Checklists, ITP - Inspection Testing Plan & PQP.

Attends PMC construction meetings for his respected package or unit with any issues concerns and corrective actions that may need to be highlighted to the PMC Project Manager of his respective unit.

Liaise with the contractor’s QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day to day quality issues.

Provides weekly, bi - weekly or monthly quality reports to PMC Quality Manager for issuance to company

Pre-qualification Submissions.

Ensure the contractor has a current Internal Audit plan/schedule.

Conduct training for the discipline staff.

Monitoring NCR's from Clients and Consultants and follow up with Corrective actions & Preventive action.

Ability to interface and interact with Management and Client representative at all levels.

Perform Internal Audits and Site Surveillance Audits.

Preparation of Non Conformance reports of Internal and External Audits.

Ensure the contractor have adequate QC personnel on site during all production shift operations to perform the inspection and tests QC - Quality Control:

Co-ordination / Monitoring with Consultant for Inspection of Materials and Works.

Conducting Quality Toolbox Talks.

Auditing the Material delivery, Handling and Storage.

Ensuring that all submissions are in line with Project Requirements, Contract Conditions and Company Quality Standards.

Co-ordinate on quality matters with Project team, Client, Suppler and Authorities.

Ensuring that all necessary Documents & Records are maintained to establish evidence for conformity.
