29 years of work experience in Civil Engineering and infrastructure projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and 8 years in India. My experience spans across various industries including Roads, Rail System, Bridges, Interchanges, Underpasses, Industrial plants, Industrial buildings, Drainage, Sewerage, Irrigation, Landscaping and other utility networks.

Presently working as the Senior Contracts Manager leading the Contract department and managing several projects contractual and commercial aspects that value about $300 to 400 million pa. My job responsibility includes tender document reviews for risk assessment, post contract administration, cost monitoring and financial reporting of the projects to the General Manager and to the Board of Directors.

-Manage timely completion of project by identifying critical activities

-Value and cost projection to completion of project

-Change management and variation agreement

-Commercial management of project and achieve the target profits

-Commercial meeting with consultants and employers

-Claims management and close-out projects

For the past 29 years in Dubai, I have worked under all major employers such as Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai properties, Nakheel, Emaar and many other private developer projects on timely manner and to the satisfaction to the employers.

Worked with all major international consultants such as Parsons, Turner, Aecom, AE7, Hyder consulting, CDM smith, Cansult, Ital, Delue Cather, Maunsell, Dar Al Handassa etc and has a reputation of having best contract department among all contractors.

Also worked with all major cost consultants such as Turner, Curriebrown, Hill International, EC Harris, DG Johnes, Keo, Mace, etc
