DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise all housekeeping staff. Assign duties, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.

Conducts orientation and training and in service training to explain policies and work procedures and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.

Do daily quality assurance tours of the building appropriately identifies problems and arranges for correction. Keep records of all problems, the date of follow up and the date of correction, informing the Superior of nay problem.

Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies

Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation

Coordinates work activities among departments.
