Dear Niranjan Gullapalli,
I am a champion of psychological safety. I specialize in creating psychologically safe environments for process improvement and identifying root causes in workflows to build high performing teams. As someone who values people, learning, and creating; I have been able to design and implement successful programming for organizations across various industries leading with psychological safety. These programs have increased gainful employment and college access for marginalized communities, expanded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, and improved access to Healthcare services.
With a hunger to explore and learn, over the past decade, I’ve followed quite a non-traditional career path, navigating through a wide range of experiences, all of which has made me the unique and dynamic professional I am today. I’ve come to realize creating processes from and working collaboratively across an organization to achieve business results are some of the things I love to do most. Getting to leverage my relationship building skills, while increasing my strategic and execution skills through my recent experiences as a Strategy Consultant/ Coach was extremely rewarding. However, I’m ready for a new chapter where I transfer these skills within the tech industry.
I stumbled across this career opportunity by searching for companies that were making an impact. What drew me to apply to this position at Forsys Inc. in addition to its impact, is its value-based approach to delivering high quality and value to customers while ensuring the success of business needs. I’d be excited to join a company that shares my passion for people, learning, and creating!
I’m excited to learn more about Forsys Inc.’s goals and discuss how my background might serve to enhance the customer and employee experience further.
Thank you for your time. I look forward to speaking soon!
Sincerely,
Zenobia
