MAJOR PROJECTS:
Project: Wealth Management for leading US Bank Apr-2016 – till date
Project is CRM application built in salesforce using lightning UI which caters to Wealth Management users of the bank. It includes a heavy integration between different sources and oracle data base. ISM was used as a middleware for integrations between different systems for SOAP integration which is now replaced by REST.
Project also includes encrypting the platform using shield encryption method provided by salesforce. It involves managing huge data using Informatica Cloud, data loader etc.
Project also includes executing batches which are invoked from other systems to load data from staging custom objects to main objects and fetching sensitive information real time from other systems. DocuSign for Salesforce is also implemented and customized as per requirement.

Project: US Online Retailer Client SFDC Implementation Mar-2014- Dec-2015
Project is an End to End Service cloud implementation and includes Order management also. It includes CTI integration which is implemented by a different Vendor. It also involves migrating huge historical data related to Customers, Order, Product, etc. using Informatica Power Center.
Project includes Real Time Integration with Oracle Apps using SOAP API. Project deals with building Knowledge Management. Implemented Real time integration of Salesforce with Oracle apps, Order fulfillment using Tibco as middle ware to sync data related to customer, Order and Line Items etc. Project implements Automation of Business processes such as Customer product payment history, Order management, Delivery information, Transaction details etc.

Project: CRM Application for Hotels group Jun-2011- Sep-2012
Project was to develop a CRM application for a well-known hotels group to cater to the business requirement of maintaining the Accounts and related contacts for the hotel customers. It also dealt with ensuring successful bookings, cancellations, confirmation mails for above processes etc.
This project was executed in phases where the initial phase was basically a setup phase of the project which included more of Salesforce configuration as compared to customization. Later phases mainly comprised of customizing the application where a lot of apex, Visualforce had been used. Later phases included integration with different systems using MDM.
Responsibilities:
Configuration changes and modifications in existing code to implement the change requests as per business needs.

Project was Platform Technical Support. It dealt with providing Level 03 support to the cases as raised by various Salesforce.com customers. There were different support areas like Basic, Premier, Premier + Admin. Few of the type of cases that were handled were: Salesforce to Salesforce, Data Management, Account Merge, Data Issues, General User questions, SFDC enhancement request etc.
