Assisting in Establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

Address the concerns of the workers and advise them on the subject of the construction process.

Valuing completed work and arranging payments and Certificates.

Provide quality control and quality assurance to make sure that the purposes of the project are achieved.

Allocating works to sub-contractors.

Solve the construction problems efficiently.

Conduct a study on the site of construction.

Make sure that the entire safety rules related to construction works are observed.

Inform to Project manager about the progress in construction.

Check out the accuracy of work at regular interval of time in order to get rid from the future related problems.

Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule.

Attend site meetings and resolve technical/operational issues independently.

Submitting the daily Productivity report to the Project manager.

Preparing the rate analysis for additional works.

Ensure the site sanitation and cleanliness.

Quality checking of construction materials and receiving them.

Documentation of construction activity checklists.

Obtain the materials required for construction and check them
