Project based on: It is basically 24*7 emergency service, Children who are distress or any adult can call CHILDLINE toll-free number 1098. My responsibility is to receive that called and Listen properly and if any child facing any kind of problem then immediately transfer the case to our team.

Achievement: It is a 24*7 emergency service and also shifted basis work, so I learn how to work in emergency situation and stay Clam, and also developed my listening power. Dealing with distress child is not easy so every time I try my level best to come up with a new idea that improved the scenario.
