JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conversant with preparation, verification, identification and implementation of the technical queries in loop diagrams, datasheets, instrument index, I/O schedules, interconnection diagram, marshaling cabinet & junction box wiring diagram, P&ID’S, hook- up diagrams for all DCS, FGS and ESD system.

Troubleshooting the total integrated system (ESD/DCS+PLC+SCADA) and it’s I/O modules

Calibration, Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting for all type of field instruments such as transmitters, (Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Endress & Hauser, ABB …) Control and ESD valves, (Fisher, Orbit, Process Emerson, etc.) Motorized valves (Rotork, Auma, etc.).

Installation and Commissioning of Fire & Gas instruments (Toxic gas detectors, Flammable gas detectors, etc.).

Performing Motor Control loops. Calibrating and adjusting the dosing pumps

Commissioning of Local Equipment Room (L.E.R) / Remote Terminal Unit (R.T.U) buildings.
