Co-designer on automatic sleeve curing system made of tubular structure for heavy gauge construction with a power of 220 V, with a pressure of 84 – 95 psi, the chain fixture conveyor is worked by an infrared heater with a vision sensor area that reject or accept the final product.

Design and manufacturing safety equipment to accomplish safety regulation such as pneumatic press guards with a pneumatic switch to control the incoming and outgoing air.

Thermal System Design Heat Recovery Unit for Residential Application 2019 El Paso, TX

The main goal for this project was to heat water at a rate of 0.8 LPM exactly 2 C based on the data given by the professor and our own assumptions we were able to design by using Solid Works and test it by using ANSYS a heat recovery unit that will fulfill the objective on the project.

For this project we manage the cost and the material due to the specification that this will be used on a residence, our goal was to make it the less expensive possible. Along the cost and the materials we were able to manage and design the safety of the design.

Thermo-Fluids Lab Centrifugal Pump Lab 2018

The purpose of the lab was to observe the harmful effectsg of the cavitation on the pump system, on this lab we used a pump that can increase or decrease the pressure among the liquid to simulate the flow and visually inspect the destructive effects of cavitation, we used an operational graph that will be plotted and NPSH and based on the information collected we will be investigating the capitations in the system
