RESPONSIBILITIES IN ULTIMATE ALLOYS (P) LTD:
Final Inspection for the component against customer specification with different quality instrument like ( 2D Height master, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Multi gauge,Trimos Master, Vernier caliper,PPG,TPG,Ball vernier etc.,
Final inspection offering to customer and Third party.
Raise and maintain relevant Non conformance reports.
Corrective Action for complaints internal and External.
Review customer work order and Prepare Quality plan.
Problem sloving through 7QC tools.
Reduce complaints from assembly and customer.
Sample visual inspection and final visual inspection.
To conduct Supplier audit at planned intervals.
Maintain records of quality report and relevant documents.
To ensure supplier has taken corrective action for supplier product NCs and supplier audit NCs.
Above the all reports & documents are reported to our QA manager.
Ensure all measuring Equipments are maintained and calibrated as per internal procedures.
Purchasing new instruments and calibration followup.

DME - Mechanical engineering in 2016 at Nanjappa polytechnic college with 75%
S.S.L.C in 2013 at RVS Matriculation Secondary School with 72%
