• Led the team of 5 race engineers during my tenure.

• Managed major procurement of materials and other OEM components

• Performed design verification & validation and DFMEA for various subsystems Race Engineer: (April 2018 - Feb 2019)

• Member of Team IITH Racing a 25-member team who design, analyze, fabricate and tune an ATV to participate and compete in national competitions like SAE Baja, Enduro Student India.

• Designed,Manufactured and tuned components of steering and suspension assembly for better handling and performance of vehicle with primary aim of weight reduction.

Projects

Design and implementation of Adjustable Brake System (May 2019 - Feb 2020)

• Designed an Brake bias to improve braking performance

• Led a team of 5 to design and manufacture the brake bias

• Successfully implemented and fine-tuned the brake system on ATV to improve various vehicle dynamics and performance aspects Wheel assembly (May 2019 - Feb 2020)

• Modeled various critical wheel assembly components like Wheel hub, spindle, knuckle using SOLIDWORKS

• Complete static analysis of the aforementioned parts is done using ANSYS MECHANICAL Automobile brake rotor (April 2018 - Feb 2019)

• Designed and manufactured brake rotor to sustain fatigue loads, wear due to repetitive braking

• Performed thermal and static structural analysis on brake disc using ANSYS MECHANICAL

• Heat treated the Rotor to improve structural strength Undertook several projects as a part of course work few being

• Analysis of bending, buckling and vibration of nano beam using nonlocal beam theory.Modeled using MATLAB (Finite Element Method)

• An analysis of the mechanism of tire contact force generation under transient conditions is modeled using MATLAB (Vehicle Dynamics)

• Virtuals Baja SAE India (2020): Team qualified with a 28th rank all over India in Virtual Baja competition

• Baja SAE India (2020): Baja SAE India is a very renowned competition in which many teams from all over India race their self-designed ATVs. The team successfully participated in the competition in indore and secured an overall rank 39/119 teams. Extra Curricular

• Inter IIT Sports meet: – Represented IIT Hyderabad as a part of the Hockey team at the 53rd Inter IIT Sports meet in December 2018 held at IIT Guwahati.

• Milan IITH- won Gold medal in inter hostel hockey league
