Final efforts lowered consulting cost estimates while increasing efficiency. Key proposal wins for 2021 include (3) new HDD clients and several new clients for projects.
Other project work includes HDD design, Bill of Materials, Purge Development, CFR research, MAOP/MOP validation, site visits, scope of work documents, cost estimates and analysis. Created exhibits such as isometric drawings, 2-line Site Plan Overview drawings, and updated P&ID drawings.
Construction Risk Management of Horizontal Directional Drills (HDD)
Independently conducted construction risk management services, focused on job quality and safety, on 40+ HDD sites ranging from rural to residential areas.
Coordinated with contractors to compile and analyze data for construction verification and approval.
Tracked drilling progress on AutoCAD and monitored tolerances in reference to the design line.
24/7 communication with the client on construction progress via daily reports and phone calls.
Gas Engineering Calculators Verification, Energy Client
Led collaborative project efforts to evaluate and validate 28 calculators after a company acquisition.
Analyzed code and base formulas; researched and verified with engineering references.
Developed a parallel calculator; tested and compared results.
Used advanced Excel methods such as Pivot Tables, Data Models, macros/VBA, & v-look up functions.
Presented a final report with design recommendations as needed.
