Strong problem-solving and communication skills, efficient multi-tasking ability and works well in teams. Actively pursuing growth in knowledge and experience.
Experience
POWER LEAD - JAGSAT I PROJECT (OCT 2018 – MAY 2020) Assemble and detail steps made to construct and utilize solar cells into solar array for University of South Alabama’s CubeSat. Test and mathematically layout models. Research aerospace materials for efficiency, cost effectiveness, and outgassing needs. Continuously monitor power budget and keep work breakdown schedule updated. Divide tasks among team members best suited for the task’s requirements. Main responsibility is to optimize the electrical power system with enough efficiency to outrun any unforeseen issues that could occur while in orbit. PROJECT MANAGER – JAGSAT I PROJECT (MAY 2020 - DEC 2020) Communicate design expectations and deadlines. Organize teams and oversee progress with respect to the Systems Engineer’s Gantt chart. Continuously update and maintain NASA SEMP documentation. Organize subsystem meetings and general meetings. Communicate with stakeholders pertaining to requirements.
EPS TEAM MEMBER/RESEARCH ASSISSTANT -- SWARM-EX (MAY 2020 – DEC 2020) Assist Dr. Saeed Latif with calculating the CubeSat’s power requirements and working on solution to fulfill those requirements. Perform trade studies from battery capacity, voltage rails, solar array energy production, and more. Communicate team’s progress effectively to the project’s PI.
SURF RESEARCH UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT (MAY 2020 – AUG 2020) Research is on different methods of Systems of Systems Engineering (SoSE). More specifically, methods of SoSE and how to organize and operate under CubeSat projects. 2
