Brief assigned Housekeeping staff, schedule duties and tasks and ensure follow-up of all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Trainer monitoring new team members on assigned tasks, proper handling and use of chemicals, safety and garbage management programs.

Ensure that team members have all necessary cleaning equipment and training.

Responsible for organization, inspection all the Housekeeping locations and responsible for the daily work order and follow-up with supervisors and plan, organize, develop and motivate team members.

Ensure the follow-up of all jobs assigned to team supervisor members, including job quality and productivity.

Responsible for the performance appraisals of team supervisor members working in assigned areas as per organization policy and guidelines.

Contribute to management meeting when required and communicate fully with the management team and weekly meeting with supervisors and admin staffs.
