Professional Summary

Started work career with KEOLIS HYDERABAD METRO RAIL on OCT 16th 2017. Initially trained has trainee rolling-stock (train) operator and obtained skilled Knowledge of operations and maintenance from different departments of entire metro rail system with Standard Operating Procedures for ensuring Safety as per Metro Rail General Rules.

Acquired proficient knowledge on Rolling stock, Signaling System (CBTC/SSI) and Over Head Electrical Equipment, for operations and standard maintenance purpose.

Hands on experience in using Trains Supervision System (Communication Based Train Control

(CBTC) and Solid State Interlock System (SSI)).

Hands on experience in using Train Stimulation tool and provided training for new batches of other metro rail organization.

Involved in Testing and Commissioning of Rolling stock and CBTC/SSI Signaling systems. Received work appreciation certificates from the Managing Director for contributing best work towards successful inauguration of Hyderabad Metro Rail.

Driven 60,000 plus kms in passenger service (includes 15k plus kms driven in degraded mode).

Work Experience: More than 3 years in Metro Rail Systems, started from the period : 16th Oct 2017 to till date. Currently competent as TRAIN OPERATOR/STATION CONTROLLER in KEOLIS HYDERABAD METRO RAIL.

Responsibilities: To observe high level of alertness and vigilance during operations and to ensure the Safe, Smooth, Scheduled and Energy Efficient Operation as per regulations.

To be available for providing training, provide OJT to new recruits, verify their competence and recommend their suitability.

To proactively participate in training and refresher courses be versed in the troubleshooting of the train on board systems, Standard Operating Procedures, practical handling of train and acquire the expected level of competence.

To be proactive in ensuring punctuality so to lead and manage the relief and restoration as per procedures. To disseminate correct and relevant information to the passenger when ever required.

To be flexible enough at work in any shift for extended hours during exigencies and any other work assigned by the organization.

To be proactive in ensuring safety of the train, on board passenger, oneself and those working near the right of way.

To promptly respond to malfunctions in train, ensure their efficient management and clear the blockage on the mainline within least possible time.

To be in charge of train when handed over the charge of same and will not leave the same without proper handing over to reliever.

Responsibilities as a station controller: Responsible for smooth, safe and efficient function of station Operations

Hands on experience to take the responsibility as a Traffic Controller when ever the control is transferred to local ATS systems at stations due to central ATS Failure or in Normal conditions also.

Proficient Knowledge in Depot Operations and Maintenance.

Monitor and control ATS, BMS, CCTV, PASS/PIDS and Fire alarm control system, keep station power consumption with in the requirements/targets and take all responsible measures to conserve energy. In emergency acting as LIO(LOCAL INCIDENT OFFICER).

Managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the station to ensure that the station is operated in safe and efficient manner. Monitoring station staff attendance, performance of station, security and house keeping. Dealing with passenger complaints.

Project works & Internships

Internship on fabrication of Composite Rocket Motor Casing (CRMC) at Advanced System Laboratories (DRDO). Studied the manufacturing process of Missile/Rocket outer shell body, which are made by using resin immerse carbon fiber reinforced plastic strands, including stress design calculations and avoiding defects.

Major project on Design and Analysis of Handling Systems for Aerospace Application at RCI (DRDO). The main objective is designing a j-beam for lifting objects like ballast dead weight used in aerospace. Designing 3D model using CATIA and Analysing using ANSYS APDL/Workbench 14.5 tool. Using stress values from ANSYS we can calculate the Factor of Safety, which determines a safe design structure of J beam.

Mini project on study of ICF (Integral Coach Factory) bogie at Area Training Center railway department. Done study and maintenance overhauling on ICF bogie.

Two days work shop on assembly and disassembly of IC engines.
