NATURE OF WORK: (JOB RESPONSIBILITIES)

Detail Engineering Activities:

Responsible for the preparation of detail engineering drawings for ESPs, FGD & Bag filter of various boilers applications of any higher capacity.

Responsible for the preparation of detail engineering drawings for absorber of various boilers applications of any higher capacity.

Checking of ESP& Bag filter, duct,and detail engineering drawings before releasing the same.

Generated ESP, FGD, Bag filter GeneralArrangement drawings from smaller capacity boilers to large Utilities.

Preparation of Material forecast for the Contracted projects prior to the release of the detail engineering drawings.

Preparation and release of applicable erection drawings to site.

Preparation of field quality plan including the field quality drawings. Field Engineering Activities:

Responsible for answering all the site feedbacks and for providing any modifications / revisions in the drawings (if required).

Visited sites during various stages of erection for conducting stage inspection and also rendered support for erection supervision activities.

Visited sites for various troubleshooting activities of ESP.

Conducted Pre-commissioning activities such as Gas distribution test, Air in leakage test at site.
