PROJECT DETAILS :

Design And Development of Three Plate Injection Mould : Tool Name: Three Plate Injection Mould With Stripper Ejection

We design and developing four cavity three plate injection mould for spray bottle cap.

This project is based on spray bottle cap plastic component mould developing.

For moulding, we using PP(polypropylene) material. And, part weight for single component is 160 grams.

Machine used for moulding, for this mould we using 150 tonnage machine for moulding process. And, mould shut weight is 280mm.

For feed system, we using edge gate and cold runner system in this mould.

For ejection system, we using stripper plate mechanism for ejecting part from mould. PERSONAL DETAILS :
